How do we tend to behave in some situations?
How the behaviour can affect other people?
First lets understand them.
PASSIVE: you allow people to get what they want. You don't express your needs.
(Ex: Yeah...you can have it.)
AGGRESSIVE: You impose yourself.
(Ex: Give me that!)
MANIPULATIVE: You get what you want.
(Ex: Ok, you have it, I don't need it.)
ASSERTIVE: You express your needs without imposing.
